  • Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to natural growing conditions.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed through our website or directly with us are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, supply limitations, or suspected fraud.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment until the product is harvested, packed, and shipped.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, crop yield, or operational costs.

  • Payment must be received in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale or contract arrangements.

  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to harvest schedules, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Perishable Goods & No Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled.

  • Claims for damaged or spoiled products must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

  • Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Food Safety & Handling

  • Our fruit is produced in accordance with applicable agricultural and food safety standards.

  • Proper storage, handling, and consumption of fruit after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery.

8. Wholesale & Commercial Use

  • Wholesale pricing, volume commitments, and delivery schedules are subject to separate agreements.

  • Unauthorized resale, mislabeling, or repackaging of our products is prohibited without written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Kusima Organics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
