Refund Policy

At Kusima Organics, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality fruit. Because our products are perishable and harvested based on seasonal availability, this Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.

1. All Sales Final (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, all sales are final once products have been shipped or picked up, except as outlined below.

2. Damaged or Spoiled Products

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or unusable, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

  • You must provide clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • The issue must be the result of shipping damage or quality issues present at delivery

Approved claims may receive:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Normal variations in size, color, or appearance of fruit

  • Taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information

  • Orders reported after the 24-hour claim window

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before harvest or packing begins by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once harvesting, packing, or shipment has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, bulk, or contract orders are subject to the refund terms outlined in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, wholesale orders are non-refundable once fulfilled.

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the affected product and packaging
